Congresswoman Robin Kelly announced the winners of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition for high school students at the Crete Creative Gallery & School in Crete.

"The purpose of the call was to hear firsthand what my local small business owners and independent contractors need from Congress," said Congresswoman Kelly.
