Dixmoor, IL - In case you missed it, Congresswoman Kelly was joined by Congressman Jonathan Jackson, Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Village of Dixmoor to break ground on a new water main project. Largely supported by federal funds secured, in-part by Rep. Kelly, Dixmoor’s new water main would preserve and protect the village’s critical water supply.

Hazel Crest, III — On Thursday, Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-02) highlighted federal and state funding to help Hazel Crest, Illinois, identify and replace lead service lines, ultimately preventing exposure to lead in drinking water. She joined U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 Administrator Debra Shore, Mayor Vernard L. Alsberry Jr., First Assistant Deputy Governor Shareese Pryor, and Illinois EPA Director John Kim.
Campus, IL. – Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-02) and USDA Rural Development presented a check of $1.32 million to the Village of Campus for water system improvements. This funding is part of the USDA Rural Development’s Water and Waste Disposal Loan & Grants Program and includes an additional $650,000 loan from the agency.

The 60th Presidential Inauguration
The 60th Presidential Inauguration will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will be held on the west front of the U.S. Capitol. The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) is responsible for planning and carrying out the ceremony.
