Washington, DC – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed Congresswoman Robin Kelly's legislation, as part of the Clean Economy Jobs and Innovation Act (H.R. 4447), to reauthorize a grant program supporting local governments as they improve building energy efficiency.
