Representative Kelly with serve on the Health Subcommittee, Communications and Technology Subcommittee, and the Innovation, Data, and Commerce Subcommittee.

Kelly (IL-02) announced $17,534,241 in Community Project Funding that she previously secured for Illinois’s 2nd District in the House spending bills has been included in the final 2023 appropriations government funding package. This funding responds directly to some of the most pressing needs in the Second District.
