Rep. Kelly Photo Contest to Highlight Beauty of 2nd District

Congresswoman Robin Kelly is inviting residents and visitors to capture the beauty and uniqueness of the 2nd Congressional District by taking part in an online photo contest.

Entries may be sent to repkellycontest@gmail.com by 5 p.m., July 21. An entry email must include a contestant's name, address, telephone number, email address, and social media username. Photos should include the location, date taken, and a brief photo caption. If individuals are captured in the photo, contestants must obtain the consent and names of all those pictured.

Everyone is welcome to vote for their favorite picture from July 21 through July 25. Photos may be viewed on Rep. Kelly's Instagram and Facebook sites using the hashtag #02ByYou.
