Campus, IL. – Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-02) and USDA Rural Development presented a check of $1.32 million to the Village of Campus for water system improvements. This funding is part of the USDA Rural Development’s Water and Waste Disposal Loan & Grants Program and includes an additional $650,000 loan from the agency.
