Veterans Housing Symposium

Congresswoman Robin Kelly will host a Veterans Housing Symposium on Saturday, September 24, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Vodak-East Side Public Library, 3710 E. 106th St., Chicago. Speakers from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Cook County Assessor’s Office and others will talk about the latest housing programs and property tax benefits for veterans, as well as recent initiatives to reduce homelessness among veterans living in Illinois.
