Representative Kelly Sworn Into Office

U.S. Representative Robin Kelly was sworn in as a Member of the United States House of Representatives by House Speaker John Boehner, April 11, 2013.

The Honorable Robin Kelly was elected in special election April 9, 2013 to serve as representative of Illinois 2nd Congressional District. Representative Kelly was added to the rolls of the House upon executing the oath of office.

Illinois 2nd Congressional District includes southern Cook county, eastern Will county, and Kankakee county, as well as the city of Chicago's far southeast side.
